New Delhi, Motorcycle maker Royal Enfield on Tuesday said its total sales declined by 5 per cent to 73,141 units in June, compared to 77,109 units sold in the same month a year ago.

Royal Enfield said in a statement that domestic sales stood at 66,117 units last month, down 2 per cent from 67,495 units in the year-ago period.

It said exports declined 27 percent to 7,024 units last month compared to 9,614 units in June 2023.

Royal Enfield CEO B said, “We are sticking to our long-term plans and are making great progress in this direction. This year will be exciting for Royal Enfield, as we have planned several new launches that will significantly expand our product portfolio. Will strengthen." Govindarajan said.

This month, a much-awaited roadster – Guerrilla 450 – will be launched worldwide and the company is excited about its prospects in the middle-weight segment, he said.
