PN Kochi (Kerala) [India], April 17: Kerala's iconic concept restaurant, Rosetown Global Grill is all set to expand its footprint beyond the state, even in the country. According to Future Foods, the owners and promoters of Rosetown, renowned for its diverse menu, which includes exotic dishes drawn from over 23 countries around the world, the restaurant aims to expand to major metros in South India as well as the GCC by 2030. Outlets have to be opened in major cities also. Established in 2020, Rosetown is the passion project of Joshi George, Chairman and MD of AG&S Group, the parent company of Future Foods. The consummate foodie collaborated with restaurant experts to conceive the concept and create the renowned menu, which is unique in the country. The first outlet was opened in Thrissur in 2020 and quickly became a sensation among foodies in Kerala and other South Indian cities.The successes encouraged the team to open a grand 150-seat restaurant in Edappally, Koch in 2023. With its diverse new menu and inviting ambiance, the Kochi venue also features three live kitchens, a mixology bar, a recently added flat. Wok, and a special experience called Chef Studio. The restaurant soon attracted loyal patronage from Kochians and food lovers from across the state.
