“I have cast my vote for the country. This is my right too and I have used it. I will not talk about expectations from the government. Rishabh Shetty said after casting his vote, "I have fulfilled my responsibility."



Rishabh Shetty also talked about the much-awaited 'Kantara' prequel and said that the shooting has started and everything is going smoothly.



“A bigger team is working with more responsibility. Amazing technicians are working on this project. The shooting is being done part by part. People liked 'Kantara' very much.



He further said, “I grew my hair and beard for a year for this film. Secrecy will have to be maintained during shooting. People should not lose hope. The entire shooting of the film will be done in the coastal Karnataka region.



Dressed in a traditional white shirt and dhoti, Rishabh Shetty cast his vote at polling booth number 135 located at Karadi Government School, where he studied in his childhood.



The actor has adopted the school and has been developing it for a few years. “A playground is being built for school children. The construction work will be completed after the elections,” said the actor.
