Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India] Richa Chadha, enjoying the success of her recent series 'Hiramandi: The Diamond Harbour', penned a heartfelt message celebrating the 11th anniversary of 'Fukrey'. She also mentioned how the film introduced her to her 'future baby-father' Ali Fazal.

Richa shared an old video from the shooting of 'Fukrey' on Instagram on Saturday. He wrote a long note about how the film helped him break the 'Gangs of Wasseypur' image and how it led him to meet Ali Fazal.

The post reads, "Fukrey (2013) is a film that will always be close to my (heart). Not just because of what it did for me personally, i.e. put me on the map commercially, broke stereotypes Which 'Gangs of Wasseypur' made up to some extent, and gave me a chance to live with my future baby-daddy, (who would have thought), but also this film brought joy to the whole of North India, especially Saddi Delhi Is!''

Expressing her gratitude towards the team of Fukrey, she wrote, "Ever grateful to @honeytrehan for casting me here and @mriglamba for choosing me, @vipul happy for writing such an iconic part with Mrig, which no one would have liked." That's unheard of for a woman." And most importantly I am grateful to @excelmovies for giving a chance to newcomers like us, at that time we met many friends like @rupalivaidya @vishalrr @rheawaghhujaa @nikhidexter and of course my friends @pulkitsamrat @fukravarun @oyemanjot @alifazal9! ,

Talking about her work front, Richa Chadha was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Ali and Richa are all set to welcome their first child next month.
