Kolkata: The second round of talks between the West Bengal government and the agitating junior doctors to resolve the RG tax deadlock ended after about two and a half hours on Wednesday evening. The officers provided this information.

Although the meeting has ended, the agitating doctors have still not come out of the venue, State Secretariat Nabanna.

Details of the meeting are awaited.

A delegation of about 30 doctors reached the Secretariat at around 7.15 pm. The meeting started with Chief Secretary Manoj Pant at around 7.30 pm.

Just like on Monday when he interacted with Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the protesting doctors also had stenographers to record the details of the meeting.
