ORA alleged that these actions of POCOs not only harm legitimate sales channels but also cause financial loss to the government exchequer.

“POCO's unfair and unethical business practices have a serious impact on the industry and the economy as a whole.We cannot allow any brand to operate in India at the expense of legitimate businesses and government revenue. ORA will urge the competent authorities to take prompt action against POCOs and set an example for ethical business conduct in the country, the statement said.
