New Delhi, Realty firm Purvankara Ltd on Thursday reported a consolidated loss of Rs 6.71 crore for the March 2024 quarter due to higher expenses.

The company had earned a net profit of Rs 26.75 crore in the same period a year ago.

Total income rose to Rs 946.84 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal, compared to Rs 446.39 crore in the same period last year, according to a regulatory filing.

Total expenditure increased to Rs 942.78 crore in the January-March period, compared to Rs 478.78 crore in the year-ago period.

For the full 2023-24 financial year, the company's net profit declined to Rs 42 crore from Rs 66.52 crore last year.

Total income in FY24 increased to Rs 2,260.10 crore from Rs 1,406.99 crore a year ago.
