Bijnor (UP): An eight-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a man while she was playing near her house in a village here, police said on Saturday.

Police said the accused, who lives in the same village, lured the minor to a nearby forest and allegedly raped her. Police said that he has been arrested.

He told that the incident happened on Friday evening.
