Jaipur, Rajasthan Assembly on Friday allowed Agriculture Minister Kirori Lal Meena, who recently submitted his resignation from the state Cabinet, not to participate in the proceedings of the House during the current session.

Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani announced the decision after a voice vote during zero hour.
