A massive fire broke out at a private children's hospital in east Delhi's Vivek Vihar, killing seven newborns, officials said on Sunday.
Delhi Fire Service (DFS) officials said the fire broke out at Baby Care New Born Hospital around 11:30 pm on Saturday and soon spread to two other buildings nearby.
"The incident of fire in a hospital in Delhi is heartbreaking. My thoughts are with the bereaved families at this incredibly difficult time. I pray that the injured people get well soon," Modi said in a post on Twitter. "
