Indore: President Draupadi Murmu will attend the Diamond Jubilee Convocation of Devi Ahilya University, Indore on September 19, an official said on Friday.
He said that the President will visit the state on September 18 for a two-day visit.
On the first day of her visit, she will meet traditional weavers at the state government's Mriganayani Emporium.
On 19th, Murmu will visit Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain and will also attend the convocation ceremony of the university.
This university, established by the state government in 1964, is completing 60 years this year.
Officials said Chief Secretary Veera Rana reviewed the preparations for the President's visit.
