Lucknow: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's road show in Agra on Friday (April 12) in support of the BJP candidate for the Lok Sabha elections has been postponed.

BJP state general secretary and Legislative Council member Govind Narayan Shukla said, "Prime Minister Modi's road show in Agra on Friday has been postponed."

Shukla had earlier said that Prime Minister Modi's road show would start in Agra at 4 pm on Friday.

In Agra, BJP has again made Union Minister SP Singh Baghel its candidate.

On Saturday, PM Modi held a road show in Ghaziabad in support of BJ candidate Atul Garg, his first road show in Uttar Pradesh after the election was announced.

Shukla said that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will address public meetings organized in support of BJP candidates in Moradabad on Friday and Gautam Buddha Nagar on Saturday.
