New Delhi, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should leave public life for making Hindu-Muslim rhetoric every day and "promoting hatred" in the society.

In an interview to , Kharge alleged that PM Modi's intentions were not clear as he was giving "hateful speeches" daily with Hindu-Muslim rhetoric during the poll campaign.

Noting that the PM talked about "snatching buffaloes" and "giving 15 per cent of the budget to Muslims", Kharge said, "By saying such things he himself is creating division in the society." He claims that if he talks about Hindu-Muslim then he has no right to be in public life, you talk like this every day, you should leave public life.,

The Congress President urged Modi to check the record of his speeches on Hindu-Muslim and said, "He is lying."

He said, "At least he should stick to what he said. He doesn't even accept his mistake and doesn't apologize. On one hand he says such things, while on the other hand he says that if he did this then he would Will not be fit to live in public life." Hindu-Muslims talk,” he said. Modi had earlier told a TV channel that if he talks about Hindu-Muslims then he has no right to be in public life.In a recent video interview, Modi said he has never spoken a word against minorities, and the BJP has not taken action against them "not just today but ever". However, he made it clear that he was not prepared to accept anyone as a "special citizen".

Modi also accused the Congress of continuously violating the secular spirit of the Constitution and claimed that their campaign speeches were aimed at highlighting the opposition parties' attempt to appease minorities with vote bank politics. Modi had said, “I have not spoken a single word against minorities. I am only speaking against the vote bank politics of Congress.Congress is working against the Constitution, this is what I have been saying."

However, Kharge claimed that the Prime Minister was giving hate speeches to polarize the society.

"Though he talks about taking everyone along, he keeps giving hate speeches to divide votes. Has he ever condemned those speaking against the Constitution or Muslims or crimes against women and urinating on tribals? Talked on the incidents. Has he ever spoken against them? He is spending crores on election campaign. His intentions are not clear as he gives Hindu-Muslim hate speeches and is spreading hatred to create division in the society. This is why our leader Rahul Gandhi has said that he will set up a 'love shop' for you. , "he insisted.

Asked whether the time has come to end the politics of hatred and vengeance, the Congress leader said that in a democracy it is the BJP which is spreading hatred whereas we and the Congress are opening a 'shop of love' by taking everyone together and being inclusive. 'Setting up.

The leader of opposition in the Rajya Sabha said, “It is Modi ji's mistake because he repeats such things. He wants to do a one-man show. His thinking is that only one leader can run everything, the entire country." On PM Modi accusing Congress of doing appeasement politics, Kharag said that helping poor people of any community is not appeasement.

"Stopping 'injustice' on any community is not appeasement. They try to polarize during elections. Whatever we do they try to present it as appeasement. They will only say that BJP does appeasement politics. Giving something to the poor, or giving scholarships to the poor, providing education through special schools for Muslims cannot be called appeasement."

The Congress president stressed that the party is not against any particular person or Modi, but only against the ideology he follows. "The message is for the ideology of Modi ji. We are against any person of Modi ji. We are not against him, we are against the ideology he follows.Their ideology tries to create division in the society and keep Dalits, backward people in status quo, all this will stop," he said.

Kharge also accused Modi of adopting corrupt practices to remain in power and toppling opposition governments in states through such means.

He claimed that the Prime Minister's image has been hurt because in order to remain in power, he has inducted into the party several leaders who are facing corruption charges and who have followed contrary ideologies all their lives. On claims that leaders involved in corruption will be behind bars permanently after June 4, Kharge said, “The Prime Minister wants to be kept in jail permanently, but only when the law allows it.But, some leaders have been caught by BJP.” Those who were earlier declared corrupt, later the same people sat in their lap and some were made MPs and even Chief Ministers and Deputy Ministers.”

BJP is doing everything for power and the price of this is ignoring everyone from its own party leaders to the corrupt.

Kharge said, "Yet the Prime Minister says that he is against corruption. He is running his politics through corrupt practices and is adopting such tactics to topple the opposition government in the states."The Prime Minister had said in an election rally that after June 4, corrupt leaders will remain in jail forever.

Kharge said, "It is different for leaders who join BJP on the basis of ideology. Leaders who have been in Congress for more than five decades are being included in BJP and by doing so the image of the Prime Minister will be tarnished." Has been damaged."
