Srinagar: People's Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti on Friday alleged that her party's polling agents and workers were being asked to report at police stations ahead of voting for the Lok Sabha elections on Saturday.

The former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister said in a statement, "Both polling agents and workers of the PDP are being asked to report to local police stations. Why are the people of South Kashmir being punished for showing faith in democracy? @ECISVEEP @manojcinha_ @JmuKmrPolice"
