Sable leaves no stone unturned to achieve her goal. He is focused on his training regimen and remains committed to his goal of returning home with a medal.

"I used to think that Olympic medalists had a unique and difficult training approach, but my experiences over the past two years have boosted my confidence. I don't want to just participate; I think I can win a medal," Sable said on 'The Dreamers. ' by JioCinema. "I'm working hard with my sights set on that goal. If everything falls into place and I win a medal, it will be dedicated to our country."

Reflecting on his early days, the 2022 Asian Games gold medalist attributes his inspiration to legendary Indian athletes Milkha Singh, Sriram Singh and Shah. "Their global performances have inspired me deeply. If my role models can excel globally, so can I. They have taught me to focus on my own progress and not others. My competition is my time," he shared.

Sable's entry into the world of sports began with his service in the Indian Army, where he initially competed as a distance runner before transitioning to steeplechase under the guidance of his coach, Amrish. Kumar. "The rigorous training in the military has made me stronger, both physically and mentally," he said.

Since he broke the national record for the first time in 2018, Sable has continually pushed the limits of it and set new records. “My goal has always been personal improvement rather than focusing on competition. This mentality has allowed me to break the national record ten times," Sable said proudly.

Sable also reflected on his silver medal win at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, which boosted his confidence to compete at the highest level. "My goal at the Commonwealth Games was to compete against Kenyan athletes. Finishing second by a fraction of a second gave me confidence that we can compete against the best in the world."

Sable, who took gold at the 2022 Asian Games and silver at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, will compete in the men's 3,000m steeplechase at Paris 2024.
