Chandigarh, Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on Sunday accused Pakistan of using terrorism as an "instrument of state policy" against India and said under the Modi government, India has sent a clear message to the neighboring country. That he will eliminate the terrorists in his area.

The Union Minister said that currently, the country's GDP stands at US$ 3.95 trillion and will soon overtake Japan which is at the fourth position.

He said, the country's capital expenditure is increasing by 30 percent every year.

He said that the capital expenditure in the interim budget was kept at Rs 11 lakh crore.
