“Shahrukh Khan is a talented actor. But it is disappointing that my contribution is not recognized by them”, he said.

When Nassar was asked about the film in which Shah Rukh Khan allegedly copied his work, he said: "Shah Rukh's role in the film 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna' is a direct copy of his character in the drama 'Parwaaz' Was," he claimed in the interview. ,

He said, "Even the detail of an injured leg depicted in the film was taken from my portrayal in the play."

“‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’ was originally based on the story of Parwaaz, written by renowned writer Mustansar Hussain Tarar. Tauqeer Nasir said, "Shah Rukh Khan should have been given due credit for his inspiration."

Nasir also went a step further and called out filmmaker Karan Johar for not giving him and Mustansar Hussain Tarar due credit for their inspiration.
