Aizawl: About 12.6 per cent of over 15.44 lakh voters exercised their franchise till 9 am on Friday for the two Lok Sabha seats in caste violence-hit Manipur.
In the first two hours of polling, Inner Manipur constituency recorded 13.82 per cent voting, while Outer Manipur recorded 11.57 per cent voting.
