Amidst the uproar and loud sloganeering by the opposition members, PM Modi reiterated the government's commitment and resolve towards public welfare.

He also took a dig at the Congress-led Indian faction and said that the opposition had to face defeat despite spreading many lies.

Responding to the motion of thanks on the President's address in the Lok Sabha, he said, "The people of the country rejected the web of lies of the opposition and gave the BJP-led NDA a record victory and a chance to serve again."

PM Modi said that the people of the country have given a decisive mandate but some people keep groaning in pain, which is understandable.

PM Modi said his government has consistently focused on the welfare of the poor and underprivileged citizens for the last ten years and the NDA's return is a testament to the faith of the people in its governance.

PM Modi said that the dream of 'Developed India' is not just a slogan but a resolve to establish the country on the global stage by promoting development and progress in all sectors.

PM Modi said, "The government stands by its promise of a developed India and we will work round the clock to realize this dream."

He further said that taking 25 crore people out of the poverty line has been an unprecedented achievement of his government.

PM Modi said that on one hand the opposition was dependent on appeasement politics but today the highest focus of the government is 'Nation First'.

PM Modi said, "Earlier, the appeasement (appeasement) model of governance dominated the discussion, but today, appeasement (satisfaction) of all sections is the government's mantra for governance."
