Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: An employee injured in an explosion at a firecracker manufacturing unit at Terkheda in Dharashiv district of Maharashtra.
He told that the incident took place at Suraj Fireworks Factory at around 9.30 in the morning.
"There are several licensed firecracker manufacturing units in Terkheda. The blast occurred in one of these factories. He said that the injured employee is being taken to Latur for further treatment.
"The company has a license to manufacture firecrackers. But we are examining other documents of the unit," Landge said.
