Bhubaneswar: BJP national vice president Baijayant Panda is leading by 13,714 votes in Odisha's Kendrapara Lok Sabha constituency on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Election Commission.

BJD's Anshusman Mohanty stood second, while Congress candidate Siddharth Swaroop Dash stood third.
