The IMD said isolated thunderstorm with lightning and gusty winds (30-40 kmph) over Jammu and Kashmir-Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh due to western disturbance.
