Israel Knesset member and former Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon will accompany Nikki Haley on her visit to Israel.
The Republican leader, who is considered a running mate of Donald Trump, will travel to southern Israel, including Kibbutz Bari, Kfar Azza, Nir Oz and other areas bordering Gaza where the Hamas massacre took place on October 7, 2023.
It may be recalled that 1,200 people were killed in Gaza and about 250 people were taken hostage.

The trio had met Prime Minister and opposition leader Yair Lapid during their visit. John Rakolta was one of the key figures involved in the Abraham Accords and was also behind the Israel-UAE diplomatic engagement. The visit by three of Trump's close aides and now Nikki Haley is being considered as Donald Trump's move to garner the support of the Jewish community in the upcoming presidential elections in Israel.
