The actress, who plays Sally in 'Udne Ki Aasha', said shooting for the daily soap is tough but rewarding too.

However, she makes sure to take care of herself as much as possible while shooting.

"During summers, I keep myself hydrated with electrified powder, lemonade, glucose powder and many more," Neha said.

Neha said that managing both personal and professional life is tiring.

“My routine is just to wake up and come to the shoot and be on set all day, then go home, eat dinner, watch my show, talk to my parents and go to sleep. It's difficult but, yes, when I get holidays. "I spend time with people close to me," she said.

Talking about why she likes daily soaps, Neha said: "I enjoy doing daily soaps because it's constant work, and it's like a routine now. I really enjoy the whole process. Well, I'm not just saying it's tiring but I love it when I see myself on the screen every day. I feel like I'm going back to work and putting in more effort. I love seeing myself on TV, eating with my family. It's something I want to see for the rest of my life."
