The highest turnout was recorded in Diphu Lok Sabha seat, where 30.82 per cent voters exercised their franchise within the first four hours of the start of polling.

Among the five parliamentary seats in the state in the second phase of voting, Silchar Lok Sabha seat recorded the lowest turnout of 23.20 per cent till 11 am.

Meanwhile, Darrang-Udalguri, Karimganj and Nagaon Lok Sabha seats recorded 28.81 per cent, 29.99 per cent and 25.29 per cent voting respectively.
