New Delhi [India]: The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) parliamentary party meeting will be held in the national capital tomorrow, sources said.
Sources said that the meeting will be held at around 9.30 am in the GMC Balayogi Auditorium of the Parliament Library Building (PLB).
The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) won power for the third consecutive time in the recently held Lok Sabha elections.
BJP won 240 seats, which is much less than 303 seats in 2019.
Congress won 99 seats. While the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance won 293 seats, the opposition India Bloc won 234 seats.
There was a huge uproar in the Lok Sabha on Monday over Rahul Gandhi's remarks. BJP has accused the Rae Bareli MP of 'insulting' the Hindu community.
Prime Minister Modi targeted Rahul Gandhi over his remarks and said, "Calling the entire Hindu community violent is a very serious matter." Home Minister Amit Shah said that the Congress leader should apologize for his remarks.
Participating in the debate on the motion of thanks on the President's address, Rahul Gandhi hit out at the BJP-led government and alleged that there has been "a systematic attack" on the idea of India.
