New Delhi: State-owned NBCC has won contracts worth Rs 450 crore in Chhattisgarh and Kerala.

NBCC is in the project management consultancy and real estate business.

In a regulatory filing, NBCC revealed that it has received a contract worth Rs 450 from the Court Receiver of the Supreme Court of India.

NBCC has got a contract worth Rs 250 crore in Amrapali Vananchal City in Bhila district of Chhattisgarh.

It won a contract worth Rs 150 crore at Amrapali Cosmos, Aluva, Ernakula district, Kerala.

As per the directions of the Supreme Court, Amrapali Stalled Projects Investment Reconstruction Establishment (ASPIRE) was formed to complete the stalled projects of Amrapali through NBCC (India) Limited.

The state-owned company was asked to complete 38,000 flats and hand them over to home buyers.

In 2019, senior Supreme Court lawyer R Venkataramani was appointed court receiver.
