Dehradun: All schools in Nainital, Uttarakhand will remain closed on Friday after the weather office issued an alert of heavy rain in the district.
The weather office has predicted heavy to very heavy rain with thunderstorm and lightning at isolated places in Nainital district on Friday and Saturday.
In view of the forecast, according to an order issued by the District Magistrate of Nainital, all government and government-aided and private schools and Anganwadi centers for classes 1 to 12 in the district will remain closed on Friday.
