If one keeps a realistic perspective in mind and considers that independent candidates cannot afford to have one agent per polling station.
Only the top 3 competing teams at each station can manage this. He further said that even in this scenario, there will be 3 polling agents per station.With 9 lakh stations, there are a total of around 27 lakh polling agents.
Thus, excluding candidates, more than 27 lakh persons have done the following:
a) Inspection of each Form 17C provided by ECI at each polling station.
b) Observed every voter who has cast his/her vote and has not filed any complaint regarding discrepancies between his/her vote and the VVPAT slip.

c) Access to accurate voter lists was obtained for each polling station at the candidate level and, in the aggregate, for each constituency.
An expert on social media argues: "The Congress Party think tank along with Kapil Sibal and other members of the Congress ecosystem reportedly suggest that over 27 lakh people (possibly closer to one crore in reality) are in support of PM Narendra Involved in a conspiracy together.Modi and BJP will tamper with the election results.
Mocking the notion, he questions: "If nearly one crore persons are actively colluding without any evidence as to how and why they would do so, especially with the BJP, the polling shows that the Congress or the CPI-M Given the unlikely cooperation between agents, what term accurately characterizes figures like Kapil Sibal and others?"
