Over 67,000 voters opted for the None of the Above (NOTA) option in Chandigarh, Punjab, where the Congress registered an impressive victory in the Lok Sabha elections by winning seven out of 13 seats.

Election Commission data showed that 67,158 voters (0.49 per cent of total voting) pressed the NOTA option.

Fatehgarh Sahib reserved constituency saw the highest number of voters (9,188) rejecting the candidates.

In Patalia, 6,681 voters pressed NOTA while in Anandpur Sahib, 6,402 voters used the NOTA option.
