The Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS) will cover their flight costs, shooting consumables board and accommodation costs and local transportation.

During the meeting on Monday, the MOC approved the request of long jump player M. Sreeshankar for assistance for rehabilitation after surgery for 28 days in Doha, Qatar. Asian Games medalist Sreeshankar suffered a knee injury during training earlier this year and underwent surgery in April this year. TOPS will cover their air tickets, food and accommodation costs, OPA, rehabilitation assessment expenses, physiotherapy and rehabilitation hydrotherapy costs.

The MOC has also provided support to Paris Olympics-bound shooters Anish Bhanwala and Vijayveer Sidhu to compete at the Rapid Fire Cup in Suhl, Germany in July, besides covering competitive exposure expenses for badminton players Shankar Muthusamy, Ayush Shetty and Anupama Upadhyay. Also approved.
