Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has requested the Ministry of External Affairs to bring back the body of a Rajouri resident who died in a road accident in Saudi Arabia.
The PDP chief said that the victim Kabir Khan used to work as a laborer in Saudi Arabia.
"Kabir Khan from Rajouri, a laborer in Saudi Arabia, has died in a tragic road accident. His family is waiting for his mortal remains. Request @MEAIndia @DrSJaishankar to bring back his body as soon as possible. Raise this issue soon. Deceased in Saudi Arabia - Kafeel +966550568146," Mehbooba Mufti posted on X.
In a separate post, Mufti condoled the death of sixteen people in a tragic road accident in Akhnoor town of Jammu.
"Deepest condolences and sympathies to their families and loved ones," Mufti said on Twitter.
