Latur: A 30-year-old man was allegedly beaten to death over a dispute over vehicle parking in Maharashtra's Latur district, following which an accused has been arrested. Police gave this information on Monday.

Assistant Police Inspector Rahul Kumar Bhol said that the victim has been identified as Ankush Pawar (30), who had come to attend the wedding of his brother-in-law in Ekambi-Tanda village of Ausa tehsil on Sunday.

"There was an argument between Pawar and his father-in-law's neighbor over parking of the vehicle. He was beaten on the head with a stick and an iron rod. He died on the way to a hospital in Latur," Bhol said. Said.

He said that the police have registered a case of murder and further investigation is going on.
