Nashik: A 28-year-old autorickshaw driver was allegedly beaten to death in Maharashtra's Nashik city on Sunday. Police gave this information.
An official said that the body of Prashant Ashok Todkar was found near a police station in Panchavati area at around 8 am.
He said, it appears that the victim was beaten to death with stones.
The officer said a case has been registered against unidentified persons under relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code and investigation is underway.
