The accused was identified as Arjun alias Umar, resident of Andheria Mod in Mehrauli area.

“During investigation, the victim revealed that the accused sold her pie and brought new clothes and some food items for himself. She also told that the accused had changed her clothes and had also sexually assaulted her once. Later, as per the government order, the medical examination of the victim girl was conducted at AIIMS.The MLC confirmed sexual assault and light scratches on the upper body,” the DCP said.
