New Delhi, Hyperlocal e-commerce firm MagicPin has onboarded over 1,000 multi-city and multinational consumer brands in a year, registering year-on-year growth in major company additions, the company said on Friday. Said.

Although it took Magicpin four years to bring on board nearly 2,000 brands, last year alone it brought on board more than 1,000 of them.

MagicPin CEO said, “The last 12 months have been phenomenal for us… we have had 100 per cent exponential growth in terms of brands and merchants, with over 1000 new brands and over 75,000 local merchants on our platform. Has been welcomed." and co-founder Anshu Sharma said in a statement.

The company has added new brands in the fashion, quick service retail and fine dine categories during the 12-month period ending June 2024.

MagicPin's new brands include Burger King, Domino's, Tacobell, McDonald's, Faasos, Subway, Behrouz Biryani, Meghna Biryani, Truffles, Chaayos, US Polo Asn, Louis Philippe, Puma, Levi's, Van Heusen, Lee Cooper etc.

Lightspeed Venture Capital firm-backed MagicPin is the largest seller on government-backed e-commerce platform ONDC, accounting for more than 50 per cent of total orders per month.

The company said its local merchant base has grown by 37 per cent to more than 2.75 lakh in the last one year, from around 2 lakh a year ago.

According to the statement, “80 percent of these merchants engaged in transactions within the first month of onboarding and saw substantial growth within the same month and 95 percent of them were onboarded in less than a minute.
