New Delhi: Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has approved conversion of over 100 medical and non-medical temporary posts at Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital into permanent posts, a Raj Niwas statement said on Tuesday.

In line with the LG's commitment to end ad-hocism in government employment and provide better service conditions to the employees, Saxena has approved the conversion of medical posts in Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital, Pitampura.
The statement said that the LG directed to fill these posts permanently, if required, through recruitment from UPSC or DSSSB as per recruitment rules in a time bound manner.
