Paschim Medinipur (West Bengal) [India], Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Shah on Tuesday attacked West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for not going to Sandeshkhali even after knowing what had happened there. This comment by the Chief Minister of Tripura has come amidst a statement. Mamata Banerjee said, “Everyone expects me to come to meet them during the elections…I will definitely go everywhere. I will come to you also, I will also go to Sandeshkhali. Taking a dig at Banerjee's statement, Manik Saha while talking to ANI said, 'She (Mamata Banerjee) knows what happened there...Earlier also, whenever any such incident happened in Nandigram, Sandeshkhal or Used to watch.'Elsewhere he said it was all a story, but the public understood everything. This is the election of the people, not of the party and the public knows everything. Sandeshkhali in North 24 Parganas district started making headlines in February this year. Most of the women took to the streets again against the ruling TMC and Shahjahan and accused the powerful TMC leader and his associates of committing gross excesses and atrocities on them and also of grabbing their land. Many women of the island accused Shahjahan and his associates of usurping their land."Sexual harassment under coercion" Sandeshkhali's main accused Shahjahan is currently behind bars in connection with the attack on an Enforcement Directorate (ED) team while it was in the process of raiding his residence in connection with alleged ration. While doing a road show in Paschim Medinipur, Scam Saha also said, “I am going to everyone's place and Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked everyone to say one thing that he has sent us to seek the blessings of the people. ..Wherever I am." I have seen that people have trust and confidence in PM Modi. A day earlier, Manik Saha had addressed a rally in Jaynagar Lok Sabha constituency in South 24 Parganas district and made a strong appeal to the voters of West Bengal to oust the Trinamool Congress (TMC) government, saying "the Left Front government in Tripura There was governance." For more than 30 years people wanted to remove him, but failed. This was possible only because of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we were able to end the misrule of the Left Front. I wanted the same situation in West Bengal and Trinamoo Congress brought it, but was surprised to see that they are similar to CPI(M). “The state is witnessing large-scale violence during and after the elections,” Saha had said while also criticizing TMC for its alleged destructive actions, including tearing of BJP flags and attacking party workers. “We have guardians like P. Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.During the election campaign in Tripura, saw how people support BJP. There was not a single incident of violence in the 2023 assembly elections. Now is the time to get out of power." TMC in Bengal Saha encouraged voters, especially the youth, to not oppose TMC's misgovernance. All seven phases for 42 seats in West Bengal Voting is taking place in Uttar Pradesh, counting of votes is to take place on June 4.In 2019, BJP made a strong lead over TMC in West Bengal, winning 1 seat and finishing a close second to TMC which won 22 seats.
