On a humid night with clouds hovering over Chepauk, KKR defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets in the tournament final to win their third title under Shreyas Iyer. The Bollywood icon has been a frequent face in KKR matches. He has come to most of their matches across the country to support his franchise, even coming to the SRK dressing room to cheer for the team after their defeat in the group stage campaign.
