New Delhi: Infrastructure company KEC International on Wednesday said it has received new orders worth more than Rs 1,000 crore in the domestic market.

The order covers residential projects of renowned real estate developers in Northern and Southern India. The company said it also includes construction of official residence and related facilities for defense officials.

Its civil business has won orders worth Rs 1,002 crore.

“We are pleased with the new orders in our civil business, including our largest order in the residential sector. The civil business continues to be on a fast growth path, reflected in the substantial repeat orders received from existing customers across various sectors. It happens." said Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, KEC International.

KEC International is a global infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company.

It has presence in the sectors of power transmission and distribution, railways, civil and urban infrastructure, solar, oil and gas pipelines and cables.
