Nargund MLA Patil, while talking to media persons, claimed that the drivers and conductors of the roadways are not paid salaries and even the MLA's salary is being paid once every two or three months.
"The treasury is empty under the Congress-led government. Let Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who talks very highly about the state, bring out a white paper on the state of the state's economy," he said.
He said that there is no opposition from his BJP side in giving guarantee scheme to the poor, but they (Congress) should have made a good plan regarding the expenditure in this regard.
"Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was an efficient finance minister. I don't know why he compromised so much for power," he claimed.
Patil also said that BJP is all set to win 23 to 24 Lok Sabha seats in Karnataka.
