Fallon shared a behind-the-scenes reel of 'The Tonight Show' on Instagram, in which Diljit appeared as a guest.

The clip titled "Learning to Speak Punjabi with Diljit Dosanjh" shows Fallon repeating what the 'Lover' singer was saying.

“Punjabi aa gaye oy,” Diljit said, and Fallon repeated.

Diljit then said, "Oye", which Fallon jokingly repeated.

The 'Jatt & Juliet' star continued with "Sat Shri Akal" and Fallon repeated it correctly, prompting Diljit to go "Wow."

The title of the reel was "Sat Sri Akal."

Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas commented, "This is oy for me," while award-winning producer Guneet Monga simply commented, "Punjabi."

Fallon also shared another video in which the two were seen exchanging gloves, with Diljit's track 'Born to Shine' playing in the background.

The 40-year-old star made her debut on the show performing her chart-topping hit songs including 'Born to Shine'.

On the work front, Dosanjh's latest release is 'Amar Singh Chamkila', directed by Imtiaz Ali and also starring Parineeti Chopra. The actors received widespread praise for their performances in the film.

Diljit will next be seen in 'Jatt & Juliet 3', which will release in theaters on June 27.
