At the season 3 red carpet premiere of the series "The Bear", White shared that he had not yet met Springsteen.

"We've communicated a little bit through some other people, but I'm hopeful it will all still come together," White said. "We still have some things to do, we have some timing things to work out, and I'm also trying to do some of my own process before I meet the guy."

"I want to try to understand, so that when I meet them, I somehow have some confidence to stand there," the actor said.

As to whether he wanted to lend his vocals to a Springsteen film, White replied: "We're going to try. We'll do our best."

White is stepping back into the kitchen as chef Carmi Barzato in the third season of "The Bear," reports variety.com.

He teased about the upcoming season, saying, "We allowed a lot of these beautiful characters and beautiful actors to shine who maybe didn't have those moments in previous seasons."

“The world gets bigger, but we also keep the same heart, structure and energy we had in the beginning.”

White also talked about his co-star Ayo Edebiri, who is making his directorial debut with "The Bear" season 3.

White said of Edebiri's direction, "He did a great job."

“She was very confident. Everyone knows how smart she is, and she's a beautiful actress and very spontaneous. And I think he is also a very beautiful and intuitive director.
