Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India]: The fire that broke out at a junkyard in Jammu's Trikuta Nagar area has not reached the residential area, an official said on Sunday evening.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) South, Manu Hansa told ANI that the fire brigade would control the fire very soon.
"We have controlled the fire to a great extent. Fire engines are present here... We will soon control the fire completely... The fire has been controlled. The fire has not reached the residential area There were no casualties..."
Earlier, officials said on Sunday that a massive fire broke out at a junkyard in Trikuta Nagar area of Jammu.
