Reviewing the security at Mata Vaishno Devi Temple and Shiv Khori Temple in Reasi district of Jammu region, he stressed on proactive and strong measures for the safety of people worshiping at religious places of all religions.
He said that anyone helping those trying to harm peace and development in America will face strict action under the law of the country.
"Anyone helping those who harm peace and development will be dealt with strictly under the law," he said.
During his visit, the DGP also inaugurated various facilities for the officers.
He said, "With an organizational strength of over 1.20 lakh people, each inspector-led officer supervises around 1,000 personnel. Our officers should be proud of their honesty, dedication and service to the community."
