Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], Sonal Kukreja is in the headlines for her diverse achievements. She was crowned Miss Diva Supranational 2023 and is all set to represent India at Miss Supranational 2024 to be held in Poland.
With these achievements at such a young age, Sonal has become an inspiration for many young talents.
Speaking to ANI, she talked about her journey, idea of fitness and shared a message for those who are interested in participating in such beauty pageants.
Sonal, who was the first runner-up of Miss Diva 2021 and won the title of Miss Diva Supranational, is preparing herself for another trip to Miss Supranational 2024.She expresses her gratitude for all the love and support she has received from people.
Kukreja said, "It has been a very rewarding journey. Got a lot of love and support. It is very important to see how people start recognizing your strength, your talent. So, that happiness is very special and I feel very proud of myself." I am feeling lucky."It's a special feeling to wear that crown in front of so many people."
Talking about her idea about fitness and what she likes to eat while preparing herself physically and mentally for beauty pageants, she said, “My idea about food has always been very clear. I feel very happy when I have breakfast. But I like to eat healthy food every day, so I don't find eggs boring. Can you make many types of eggs? I can make eggs in 20 different styles.,
"So, I think when you change your diet, you'll really start enjoying food. And I take it very seriously. I've watched my mother cook since childhood. She puts all her love into it. And focus on that food. So when I cook, it tastes different, even if it is instant porridge, I will put all my energy into it and make it with nuts and seeds. I will decorate it so that it becomes like a dessert in itself even though it is a healthy food.So that's how I enjoy food," she said while explaining how she enjoys her healthy food and puts in all her efforts to make it special.
As she herself is preparing for another beauty pageant, she said that anyone who dreams of becoming Miss India or participating in any such pageant should believe in themselves.
"I would say start by accepting that wherever you are is enough. Because I think a lot of girls get stressed out. And because they're trying too hard.She devotes a lot of her time to this process. It is very important to maintain your powers and I also think that if it is destined for you, it will definitely happen. So keep working with this belief and I always believe that the hard work you have done will never stop no matter what your dream is, it always comes true. So keep working hard, keep the faith and keep moving forward,” she concluded.
