BUDAPEST [HUNGARY], Five of India's six Paris Olympics 2024 quota-holding wrestlers will be in action during the Paulik Imre and Varga Janos Memorial Tournament starting in Hungary from Thursday.

According to Olympics.com, Panghal will be the finalist in the Indian contingent in this ranking series, who will be playing in his first international competition after winning a bronze medal in the 53 kg competition at the Asian Games in Hangzhou last year.

Antim is a two-time U20 World Championship winner and a World Championship bronze medalist. She was scheduled to begin her season with the Asian Championships in April, but withdrew to focus on the Paris Olympics.

Two-time Olympian Vinesh Phogat, the Olympic quota holder in 50kg, will play alongside U23 world champion Ritika Hooda (women's 76kg) and former Asian champion and World Championships silver medalist Anshu Malik (women's 57kg) in Budapest.Former Asian level and U23 world champion Aman Sehrawat will be the only freestyle male wrestler in the event. He is also the only Indian male wrestler to get a Paris 2024 quota.

Nisha Dahiya, who secured the women's 68kg Paris 2024 quota, will not be able to compete.
