New Delhi, Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys (IMFA) Ltd on Thursday reported a marginal decline of 0.93 per cent in consolidated profit after tax for the March quarter at Rs 63.5 crore supported by higher earnings.

It had earned a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 64.17 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in an exchange filing.

The company's total income increased to Rs 711.51 crore in January-March FY23 from Rs 641.71 crore.

Its expenditure during the period under review stood at Rs 613.57 crore, which was Rs 536.09 crore a year ago.

The company's board also approved a final dividend of Rs 7.50 per share for FY24.

Bhubaneswar based IMFA is a leading integrated producer of value added fer chrome with installed capacity of 284,000 tonnes per annum.
