New Delhi [India], Many renowned Indian brands from the flexible workspace, real estate and media entertainment sectors, along with Stylework, a SAAS-based flexible workspace aggregator, came together for a two-day event titled 'Unconventional Unions: A Flex-sync' held in Parwanoo of Himachal Pradesh.

The event, held on June 28 and 29 at Moksha Himalaya and Timber Trail Resort, Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh, aimed to create awareness and gather audiences looking for flexible spaces in India.

The flexible space industry serves the commercial real estate sector and offers flexible workspace solutions, such as coworking spaces and serviced offices, to suit various needs. According to a press release from Stylework, the industry currently occupies between 17 and 18 percent of the commercial sector.

On the occasion, Stylework CEO and Founder Sparsh Khandelwal highlighted the role of architecture and technological support in driving the growth of the industry.

"Our idea is to take active initiatives to partner with entertainment houses to add more than 70 percent of the audience looking for flexible spaces. These initiatives will pave the way for the future of flexible spaces and shed light on the human side of flexible working "We plan to integrate the human side of Flex in the next 5 to 10 years," Sparsh said.

The event featured interactive sessions, including talk shows and panel discussions on technological advances and collaboration opportunities between flexible spaces and media entertainment.

Additionally, many industry leaders such as TVF, RE/MAX India, Blue Turtle Entertainment, MySoho, CBRE and others participated and shared their thoughts on the potential and future expansion of the industry.

"The world of entertainment is changing and we are focusing on these growing trends. Our goal is to create shows that are not only relatable to the audience, but also focus on the presence and message of the brands we are creating stories for. "TVF associate director of brand partnerships Nishant Dobhal said.

As flexible workspace providers prepare to increase their presence in major cities and venture into emerging Tier 2 markets in response to growing demand from national and international companies seeking contemporary office solutions, Stylework CEO aims touch and discover the human side of Flex by innovating, experimenting and improving ideas.
