New Delhi: Coworking firm Incuspace has leased 3.25 lakh sq ft office space in Bengaluru to expand its business and meet the growing demand for managed flexible workspace.

The company has taken up space at QUBE Software Park, Outer Ring Road (ORR) Bengaluru.

The new facility will have the capacity to accommodate over 5,000 seats.

Last month, Incuspace had leased 1.56 lakh square feet of office space in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

“Our expansion into this prestigious location is a testament to our commitment to providing top-class workplaces in a premier business environment.

“Additionally, the availability of large land parcels and an established IT talent pool and proximity to residential hubs make the Outer Ring Road one of the most attractive IT development corridors in Bengaluru,” said Sanjay Chatrath, managing partner, Incuspace.

“This collaboration is an important step towards fostering innovation and creating a vibrant ecosystem for growth,” said Sanjay Chaudhary, Founder and CEO of Incuspace.

Incuspace said its strategic expansion in Bengaluru is attributed to India's growth-oriented ecosystem, which continues to attract domestic and foreign occupiers.

Over the coming 12 months, Incuspace will add 2 million square feet of office space in Bengaluru and other major cities across South India.

Established in 2016, Incuspace has a presence across 44 locations across 18 cities with a total portfolio of 4 million square feet.
